Compass

18th February 2016

compass

Following extensive work by the team at UKHQ, January saw the start of a phased process of reintroducing access to Compass. As of today, Appointments Secretaries, Commissioners, GSLs and Scout Active Support members have access. Other roles will be given their access in the week's ahead.

For the time being, all of the focus is on getting the system fully utilised for our adult volunteering processes and there is no access to the functions that were associated with young people being added to the system. This will follow...

If you have queries, questions, concerns or need some help to get going with Compass, there are a number of drop-in sessions being offered:

  • Sunday 28th February, 2pm - 4pm
  • Monday 29th February, 7pm - 9p,
  • Tuesday 1st March, 7pm - 9pm
  • Wednesday 9th March, 6pm - 8pm

If you would like to come along to one of these, please click here to let us know which day you'll be here on (if nobody books on, there will not be someone here to run the sessions!). Please note that this is not a structured presentation but will be about supporting you to do whatever you need to, in your role.

Please also encourage people to watch out for the email from UKHQ and log in and check their own records. If you have any errors, please speak to your GSL or Appointments Secretary in the first instance.
