After more than 3 years in post, William McFarlane is stepping down as Regional Adviser (International) this spring.
Are you passionate about enabling more young people to enjoy international Scouting?
Visits Abroad plays a crucial role in developing our young people. We're looking for someone to join the Regional Team who can provide sound advice and support to leaders on organising trips and expeditions. From the first spark of interest or an idea, you'll provide sound advice and support throughout the planning process, ensuring that a good, safe, exciting programme is organised and that all of Scouting's rules are complied with.
International Scouting can, of course, also take place in your own meeting place with opportunities in the awards for all sections to broaden your global knowledge so you'll also be someone who can come up with fun ideas and activities to help leaders do this during section meetings.
