Clyde Regional Scout Council operates in accordance with Policy, Organisation and Rules of The Scout Association and the Scottish Variations thereto.
The Region has its own Constitution which was approved at its EGM in April 2008 and a set of Byelaws which were approved by the Regional Executive Committee in April 2008.
